Note on the spelling of cacao and cocoa :
*In German-speaking countries, cocoa means cocoa powder. However, our ceremony cocoa is made from 100% cocoa mass and is therefore of higher quality overall than cocoa powder. That's why the spelling "Cacao" is usually correct, as it means the cocoa mass with cocoa and cocoa butter. In German-speaking countries, most people do not know this distinction between cacao and cocoa and “Kakao” (with “K”) is also commonly used for this. That's why we use it for simplicity's sake “Cocoa” and then for the product description on the packaging “Cacao.”
