Archaeologists have been able to trace the origins of the cacao tree to Ecuador, where they found evidence of cacao domestication at least 5,300 years ago in the Mayo-Chinchipe culture. Immerse yourself in a world of foggy rainforests, come along to brightly colored cocoa plantations, to the Ecuadorians, who lovingly make delicious chocolate from high-quality cocoa beans.
In our approx. 60 to 90 minute workshops we will turn you into real chocolate experts accompany you on a mindful inner journey with all your senses away from stress towards inner peace! In this (online) tasting, we will introduce you to the world of fine chocolate, provide you with background knowledge as well as tips and tricks on how to really enjoy chocolate. Get ready for a mindful inner journey that will do you good and let you forget the stressful everyday life for a moment.
The tasting, which can take place online or 'in real', is anything but a frontal presentation: discussions, mindfulness exercises and Q&A sessions make the tasting an interactive chocolate experience. We take you on a culinary journey of pleasure with delicious original chocolate.
